Refund policy

 

All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

All pieces are handmade and unique. Each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and colour from the images pictured on the shop. Unless goods do not arrive all in one piece, orders are not refundable.

Should your piece(s) arrive damaged, please send a photo as soon as your order is received, within 2 days of delivery. Item refunds, or piece replacements (if possible) in such cases may be offered. Shipping unfortunately cannot be refunded.
